I’ve been a resident of Carolina Forest since 2012 and have been enjoying the beaches of coastal Carolina since 1997.  Originally from Indiana, I met my wife, Caryn, at the Indianapolis Zoo where we both worked.  Together, we have raised two children who are now in college.  Our son is pursuing a degree in Finance and Business at The Citadel in Charleston, and our daughter attends Methodist University where she plays volleyball.   

My lifelong interest in marine biology provided a lot of fun and exciting opportunities and took our family around the country before finally settling down in South Carolina.  The constant draw to the ocean in combination with the mild winters and beautiful summers make the Myrtle Beach area our perfect forever home.   

I’m looking forward to getting to know you while having a little fun throughout the process of finding you a home.  I’m an agent experienced in the Grand Strand with a background of more than 30 years in business management, real estate investment, and building construction.  I am a detail-oriented, hardworking individual with a wealth of knowledge about buying and selling real estate.  With my strong negotiating skills and hard work ethic, no one will work harder to ensure you get the most property for your money.
